عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
يَتَكَلَّمُ الْإِمَامُ إِذَا جَلَسَ، فَإِذَا تَكَلَّمَ وَلَمْ يَقُمْ مَعَهُ إِنْ شَاءَ " قُلْتُ: يَتْرُكُ كَلَامَهُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ كَلَامِهِ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ The imam speaks if he sits down. If he speaks and does not stand up with him, if he wishes." I said: "Does he leave his speech in the status of his speech?" He said: "Yes."
