أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ الْقَارِئِ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ الْعَابِدِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ:
صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الصُّبْحَ بِمَكَّةَ فَاسْتَفْتَحَ سُورَةَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءَ ذِكْرُ مُوسَى، وَهَارُونَ أَوْ عِيسَى " - ابْنُ عَبَّادٍ يَشُكُّ أَوِ اخْتَلَفُوا عَلَيْهِ - أَخَذَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سَعْلَةٌ، فَحَذَفَ، فَرَكَعَ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the morning prayer (subh) at Makkah and began Surah al-Mu'minun until, when mention of Musa and Harun or 'Isa came—Ibn 'Abbad is uncertain or they differed about it—the Prophet ﷺ was seized by a cough, so he omitted [some] and bowed.
