✧ Whoever forgets the opening takbir

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا اعْتَدَلْتَ فِي الصَّفِّ، وَلَمْ تُكَبِّرْ حَتَّى يَرْكَعَ الْإِمَامُ، وَيَرْفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ، فَارْكَعْ وَاعْتَدَّ بِهَا، وَإِنْ كُنْتَ لَمْ تَعْتَدِلْ فِي الصَّفِّ فَلَا تَعْتَدَّ بِهَا
Translation

✧ If you are aligned in the row and you did not say the takbir until the imam bows and raises his head from the rak'ah, then bow and count it. But if you were not aligned in the row, do not count it.
