✧ Whoever forgets the opening takbir

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: إِنِّي أَسْجُدُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، فَيَقُولُ لِي الشَّيْطَانُ: لَمْ تُكَبِّرْ تَكْبِيرَةَ الِاسْتِفْتَاحِ، قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ: " كَبَّرْتَ قَبْلُ وَبَعْدُ
Translation
✧ I said to Ibn al-Musayyib: I prostrate on Friday, and Satan says to me: You did not say the opening takbir. Ibn al-Musayyib said: "You said takbir before and after."
