✧ Water That Nothing Makes Impure and What Came Concerning That

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ،
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ - أَوْ شَرِبَ - مِنْ غَدِيرٍ كَانَ يُلْقَى فِيهِ لُحُومُ الْكِلَابِ قَالَ: وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ: وَالْجِيَفُ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ: إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ performed ablution — or drank — from a pool into which dog meat was thrown. He said: 'And I do not think but that he said: and carcasses.' That was mentioned to him, and he said to him: 'Water is not made impure by anything.'
