عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ أَقْضِ التَّكْبِيرَةَ حَتَّى أَضَعَ جَبِينِي فِي الْأَرْضِ ؟ قَالَ: " أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ أَفْرَغَ مِنْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقَعَ جَبِينُكَ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I said to ‘Ata’: What do you think if I do not complete the takbirah until I place my forehead on the ground? He said: “I prefer that you finish it before your forehead touches.”
