Translation
✧ Whoever sets out to attend the prayer, and the iqamah is called while he is on the road, let him not hurry, nor increase upon his previous manner of walking. Whatever he catches, let him pray with the imam, and whatever he does not catch, let him complete it. And let him not wipe his face when he prays. If he wipes, then one time; and if he refrains from it, that is better for him than a hundred black-eyed camels.
