✧ What Invalidates the Prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ الْفَضْلَ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
زَارَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَبَّاسًا وَنَحْنُ فِي بَادِيَةٍ لَنَا، فَقَامَ يُصَلِّي - أُرَاهُ قَالَ: الْعَصْرَ - وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ كَلْبَةٌ لَنَا وَحِمَارٌ يَرْعَى، لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ يَحُولُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمَا
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ visited Abbas while we were in our desert area. He stood to pray — I think he said: the afternoon prayer — while in front of him there was a female dog of ours and a donkey grazing, with nothing between him and them to act as a barrier.
