✧ Whoever Passes in Front of the Worshipper

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ أَبَا الْعَلَاءِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ عُثْمَانَ - أَوْ قَالَ: كَانَ عُثْمَانُ - يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ يَدْرَأُ شَاةً أَنْ يَمُرَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ
Translation
✧ I saw 'Uthman — or he said: 'Uthman was — praying while he was fending off a sheep from passing in front of him.
