✧ Neglecting the Prayer Times

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يُحَنَّسَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ:
إِنْ خَشِيتَ مِنَ الْعَصْرِ فَوَاتًا، فَاحْذِفِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ، فَإِنْ سَبَقْتَ بِهِمَا اللَّيْلَ، فَأَتِمَّ الْأُخْرَيَيْنِ، وَطَوِّلْهُمَا إِنْ بَدَا لَكَ
Translation
✧ If you fear that Asr will be missed, then shorten the first two rak'ahs. If the night overtakes you with them, then complete the last two and lengthen them if you wish.
