عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ طَاوُسٌ لَا يُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ بِجَمْعٍ، حَتَّى يَذْهَبَ الشَّفَقُ، قَالَ: وَكَانَ طَاوُسٌ يَقُولُ: لَا يَفُوتُ الظُّهْرُ وَالْعَصْرُ حَتَّى اللَّيْلِ، وَلَا يَفُوتُ الْمَغْرِبُ وَالْعِشَاءُ حَتَّى الْفَجْرِ، وَلَا يَفُوتُ الصُّبْحُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ Tawus would not pray Maghrib at Jam' until the twilight disappeared. He said: And Tawus used to say: Zuhr and 'Asr are not missed until nightfall, and Maghrib and 'Isha' are not missed until dawn, and Subh is not missed until the sun rises.
