عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: كَانَ يُقَالُ: صَلَاةُ الْعِشَاءِ فِيمَا بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ شَطْرِ اللَّيْلِ، فَمَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ تَفْرِيطٌ، وَالْمَغْرِبُ عَلَى نَحْوِ ذَلِكَ، قَالَ: تَفْرِيطٌ لَهَا حَتَّى شَطْرِ اللَّيْلِ الْأَوَّلِ.
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I said to 'Ata': It used to be said: The 'Isha' prayer is between us and the middle of the night, and whatever is beyond that is neglect, and the Maghrib is similar to that. He said: It is neglect for it until the first half of the night.
