✧ Sleeping Before It and Staying Awake After It

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ جَعْدَةَ قَالَ:
مَرَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ عَلَى سَامِرٍ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ: وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَا مِنْ إِلَهٍ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأُوصِيكُمْ بِتَقْوَى اللهِ
Translation
✧ Umar b. al-Khattab passed by a group engaged in night talk and greeted them and said: By the One besides whom there is no deity, there is no deity but Allah, and I enjoin you to fear Allah.
