✧ The virtue of praying in congregation

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي سِنَانٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:
لَأَنْ أُصَلِّيَ مَعَ إِمَامٍ يَقْرَأُ: ﴿هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ ﴾أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَقْرَأَ مِائَةَ آيَةٍ فِي صَلَاتِي
Translation
✧ That I pray behind an imam who recites: “Has there come to you the report of the Overwhelming?” is dearer to me than that I recite a hundred verses in my prayer.
