أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَغَيْرِهِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ:
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ عُصِمَ مِنَ الْهَوَى وَالطَّمَعِ وَالْغَضَبِ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ الصِّدْقِ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ خَيْرٌ
