عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ رَجُلًا أَقَامَ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ شَهْرًا يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْمَسْأَلَةِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ: مَا تَقُولُ فِي رَجُلٍ يَصُومُ فِي النَّهَارِ، وَيَقُومُ فِي اللَّيْلِ لَا يَشْهَدُ جَمَاعَةً وَلَا جُمُعَةً أَيْنَ هُوَ ؟ قَالَ: فِي النَّارِ
Translation
✧ I witnessed a man who stayed with Ibn Abbas for a month asking him about this question every day: What do you say about a man who fasts during the day and prays at night but does not attend the congregation or the Friday prayer; where is he? He said: In the Fire.
