Whoever accuses a Jew or a Christian of fornication, there is no ḥadd punishment upon him. And if a Christian man accuses a Christian woman, they are not flogged for one another if they bring their dispute to the people of Islam. Just as a Muslim is not flogged for them when he accuses them, likewise they are not flogged for one another.
