عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ،
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، أَذَّنَ بِضَجْنَانَ بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَ: صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ مُنَادِيَهُ فِي اللَّيْلَةِ الْبَارِدَةِ، أَوِ الْمَطِيرَةِ، أَوْ ذَاتِ رِيحٍ يَقُولُ: صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ
Translation
✧ Ibn ʿUmar gave the adhān at Ḍajnān, between Makkah and Madinah, and said: “Pray in your dwellings.” Then he said: “The Prophet ﷺ used to command his caller on a cold, rainy, or windy night to say: ‘Pray in your dwellings.’”
