أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى،
أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ " قَضَى أَنَّهُ لَا قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ جَمَعَ الْمَتَاعَ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْرِقَ، حَتَّى يُحَوِّلَهُ وَيَخْرُجَ بِهِ
