أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: السَّارِقُ يُوجَدُ فِي الْبَيْتِ، قَدْ جَمَعَ الْمَتَاعَ وَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ بِهِ، قَالَ: " لَا قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ بِهِ
