أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
لَوْ بَيَّتَ قَوْمًا رَجُلٌ فَسَرَقَهُمْ، وَمَعَهُ عَطَاءٌ فَقَتَلُوهُ، غَرِمُوا دِيَتَهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مَعَهُ سِلَاحٌ، فَإِنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ سِلَاحٌ، لَمْ يُودَ ".
