عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
لَا قَوَدَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ مِنْ كَافِرٍ، كَتَبَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِي كَتَبَ بَيْنَ قُرَيْشٍ وَالْأَنْصَارِ: أَنْ لَا يُقْتَلَ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ
