قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: قَالَ سُفْيَانُ:
قُلْنَا: " الشَّاهِدُ هُوَ مُوَسَّعٌ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَزِيدَ فِي شَهَادَتِهِ، وَيَنْقُصَ مِنْهَا، إِذَا لَمْ يَمْضِ الْحُكْمُ، فَإِذَا مَضَى الْحُكْمُ فَرَجَعَ الشَّاهِدُ غَرِمَ مَا شَهِدَ بِهِ
