عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ:
مَنْ نَكَلَ عَنْ شَهَادَتِهِ بَعْدَ قَتْلِهِ، فَعَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةُ، بِقَدْرِ حِصَّتِهِ " قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: " وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ يَقُولُ: عَلَيْهِ الْقَتْلُ "
