أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ " كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ:
