عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،
فِي قَوْمٍ حَفَرُوا بِئْرًا فِي بَادِيَةٍ، فَمَرَّ بِهَا قَوْمٌ لَيْلًا، فَسَقَطَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِي الْبِئْرِ، قَالَ: " لَا نَرَى عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا، فَقَاسَ ذَلِكَ بِقَضَاءِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الْمَعْدِنِ وَالْبِئْرِ
