عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ،
أَنَّ رَجُلًا صُرِعَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ فَوْقِ بَيْتٍ، فَمَاتَ الْأَعْلَى فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " لَا أُضَمِّنُ الْأَرْضَ، فَلَمْ يُضَمِّنِ الْأَسْفَلَ لِلْأَعْلَى، وَكَانَ يُضَمِّنُ الْأَعْلَى لِلْأَسْفَلِ
