عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ: " لَا تَقْضِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَإِنَّهُ تَأْتِيكَ الْحَائِضُ وَالْمُشْرِكُ
