عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ: لَا يُقْتَلُ بِهِ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي لَعَلَّ الصَّبِيَّ، هُوَ الَّذِي قَتَلَهُ كَمَا لَوْ أَرْسَلْنَا كَلْبًا مُعَلَّمًا عَلَى صَيْدٍ، فَعَرَضَ لِلصَّيْدِ مَعَ هَذَا الْكَلْبِ كَلْبٌ غَيْرُ مُعَلَّمٍ، فَاجْتَمَعَا فِي قَتْلِهِ لَمْ يُؤْكَلْ
