عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي عَبْدٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ أَعْتَقَهُ أَحَدُهُمَا، وَقَتَلَهُ الْآخَرُ قَالَ: " هُوَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْحُرِّ يَغْرَمُ الْمُعْتِقُ لِلَّذِي قَتَلَ نِصْفَ دِيَتِهِ، وَتَكُونُ دِيَتُهُ عَلَى الْقَاتِلِ لِوَرَثَتِهِ "، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَقَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: هُوَ عَبْدٌ حَتَّى يُعْتِقَهُ كُلُّهُمْ
