سَمِعْتُ الْأَعْمَشَ يُحَدِّثُ بِمَشُورَةِ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِسْقَاطِهَا وَأَمْرِهِ إِيَّاهُ أَنْ يَضْرِبَ الدِّيَةَ عَلَى قُرَيْشٍ
