عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الرَّجُلُ يَجِدُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلًا فَيَقْتُلُهُ أَيُهْدَرُ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا مِنْ أَمْرٍ إِلَّا بِالْبَيِّنَةِ
