عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ،
وَسُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ غُلَامًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهِ، فَأَجْرَى لَهُ فَرَسًا فَمَاتَ قَالَ: " يَضْمَنُ.
