عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَمَرَ رَجُلًا حُرًّا فَقَتَلَ رَجُلًا، قَالَ: " يُقْتَلُ الْقَاتِلُ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْآَمِرِ شَيْءٌ
