عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَبَى الْقَوْمُ أَنْ يَعْقِلُوا عَنْ مَوْلَاهُمْ أَيَكُونُ مَوْلَى مَنْ عَقَلَ عَنْهُ ؟ قَالَ: قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ: إِمَّا أَنْ يَعْقِلُوا عَنْهُ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ نُعَاقِلَ عَنْهُ، وَهُوَ مَوْلَانَا
