عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
الْعَمْدُ وَشِبْهُ الْعَمْدِ، وَالِاعْتِرَافُ، وَالصُّلْحُ لَا تَحْمِلُهُ عَنْهُ الْعَاقِلَةُ، هُوَ عَلَيْهِ فِي مَالِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ تُعِينَهُ الْعَاقِلَةُ، وَعَلَيْهِمْ أَنْ يُعِينُوهُ
