عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
أَرْبَعَةٌ لَيْسَ فِيهِنَّ عَقْلٌ عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ، هِيَ فِي خَاصَّةِ مَالِهِ: الْعَمْدُ، وَالِاعْتِرَافُ، وَالصُّلْحُ، وَالْمَمْلُوكُ ".
