عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ:
لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ مِنَ الْمَقْتُولِ شَيْئًا، وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ عَمْدًا أَوْ قَتَلَهُ خَطَأً
