عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ قَالَ:
قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ أَخَاهُ فِي زَمَنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَلَمْ يُوَرِّثْهُ، فَقَالَ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِنَّمَا قَتَلْتُهُ خَطَأً، قَالَ: " لَوْ قَتَلْتَهُ عَمْدًا أَقَدْنَاكَ بِهِ
