عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلٍ مِيرَاثٌ
