أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً حَتَّى مَتَى تُعَاقِلُ الْمَرْأَةُ الرَّجُلَ قَالَ: عَقْلُهَا سَوَاءٌ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ ثُلُثَ دِيَتِهَا فَمَا دُونَهُ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ جُرُوحُهَا ثُلُثَ دِيَتِهَا، كَانَ فِي جِرَاحِهَا مِنْ جِرَاحِهِ النِّصْفُ
