أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: فَإِنْ قَامَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَجُلٍ بِحَجَرٍ فَكَسَرَ أَسْنَانَهُ أَوْ بِعُودٍ فَفَقَأَ عَيْنَهُ قَالَ: " لَا يُقَادُ مِنْهُ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: وَأَقُولُ أَنَا: يُقَادُ مِنْهُ، فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَيْسَ كَالنَّفْسِ أَنْ يَشُجَّ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ لَا يُرِيدُ نَفْسَهُ فَيَتْوَى فِي نَفْسِهِ، وَإِنَّ هَذَا قَدْ عَمَدَ عَيْنَهُ وَأَسْنَانَهُ
