عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَتَجُوزُ فِي قَتْلِ النَّفْسِ خَطَأً رَقَبَةٌ مُؤْمِنَةٌ غَيْرُ سَوِيَّةٍ وَهُوَ يَنْتَفِعُ بِهَا أَعْرَجُ وَأَشَلُّ ؟ " فَاسْتَحَلَّ السَّوِيَّةَ، وَذَكَرَ الْبُدْنَ
