لَا يَجُوزُ فِي قَتْلِ الْخَطَأِ صَبِيٌّ مُرْضَعٌ إِلَّا مَنْ صَلَّى، فَإِنَّ فِي حَرْفِ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ﴿فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُؤْمِنَةٍ ﴾لَا يَجُوزُ فِيهَا صَبِيٌّ
