عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَحْدَثَ الرَّجُلُ فِي مَسْجِدِ مَكَّةَ أَوْ مَسْجِدِهِ فِي الْبَيْتِ عَمْدًا غَيْرَ رَاقِدٍ قَالَ: أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ لَا يَفْعَلَ، قُلْتُ: فَفَعَلَ، فَهَلْ مِنْ رَشٍّ ؟ قَالَ: لَا
Translation
✧ I said to Ata: If a man urinates in the mosque of Makkah or in his mosque at the House deliberately, not while sleeping, he said: It is preferable to me that he not do that. I said: And if he did, is there any sprinkling? He said: No.
