عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ " هَلْ يَجُوزُ مِنَ النُّحْلِ إِلَّا مَا دُفِعَ إِلَى مَنْ قَدْ بَلَغَ الْحَوْزَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ نَكَحَ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ سَفِيهًا ؟ قَالَ: كَذَلِكَ زَعَمُوا
