عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِشَيْءٍ وَاجِبٍ عَلَيْهِ حَجٍّ أَوْ ظِهَارٍ أَوْ يَمِينٍ أَوْ شِبْهِ هَذَا قَالَ: " هُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ " قَالَ: وَقَالَ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ: هُوَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ.
