عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَعَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَا:
إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ بِشَيْءٍ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ وَاجِبٌ حَجٌّ، أَوْ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ، أَوْ صِيَامٌ، أَوْ ظِهَارٌ، أَوْ نَحْوُ هَذَا، فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ
