عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ: " كُلُّ مَرِيضٍ بَاعَ فِي مَرَضِهِ ثَمَنَ مِائَةٍ بِخَمْسِينَ فَالْفَضْلُ وَصِيَّةٌ، أَوِ اشْتَرَى ثَمَنَ خَمْسِينَ بِمِائَةٍ فَالْفَضْلُ وَصِيَّةٌ
