عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ عُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَرْسَلَ بِهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ الْمَيِّتِ فَهِيَ لِرَسُولِ الْمَيِّتِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ الَّذِي أَهْدَاهَا فَهِيَ لِلَّذِي أَهْدَاهَا
